How an appointment works
Consultation
We talk through your goals, review your medical history and agree on a plan. New clients fill out a health questionnaire before treatment.
Treatment
Most treatments take 20 to 60 minutes. Numbing is available for fillers and threads.
Follow-up
A check-in about two weeks later to review your results and make small adjustments if needed.

Who performs my treatment?
Dr. Tarek Elkadi, MD, every time. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist with 12 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
When can I come in?
Appointments are offered on weekday evenings from 5:30 to 9 pm, and on weekends from 7 to 9:30 am or 6 to 8 pm. Because Dr. Elkadi also practices at the hospital, open times vary week to week; the booking page always shows what's currently available.
Does it hurt?
Most people describe Botox as a quick pinch. Fillers and threads are done with numbing, and many fillers also contain lidocaine. Comfort is Dr. Elkadi's specialty.
Is there downtime?
Most clients return to normal activities the same day. Minor swelling or bruising can last a few days, a little longer with threads. Skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours after Botox.
Who shouldn't have these treatments?
Treatment isn't offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain neuromuscular conditions, active skin infections or some medications. We review this at your consultation.
How do the discounts work?
New clients get 20% off their first Botox or filler visit. Botox clients get 10% off their third visit and 10% off during the holiday season. Filler clients get 20% off when having 3 syringes in one visit. Everyone gets 10% off any treatment during their birthday month. Discounts can't be combined; one discount applies per visit.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. When you book online, you save a card to hold your appointment, but nothing is charged. You pay for your treatment at your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and nothing is charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and no-shows are charged a $50 fee to the card on file. Free consultations are never charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, checks and cash. Posted prices are card prices; paying by cash or check gets a 2.5% cash discount. Payment is due at your appointment.
